They commited to it with their direct employees ("The Living Wage is a voluntary higher rate of base pay (based on the cost of living) which we, as an accredited Living Wage Employer, have committed to paying all our direct employees as a minimum", p.3). They, however, did not mention any action to ensure living wages throughout their supply chain apart from mentioning in the CoC that "Suppliers must comply with the applicable wage and hour labour laws and regulations governing employee compensation and working hours." (p. 5)

They state they are committed to UK living wage (p.3), however, do not apply this to living wage globally.
